1. How do I get started with People Orbit HRMS?
Getting started is simple. Book a demo and we'll guide you through the setup, or start a 14-day free trial yourself and set up your company, departments, and employees. With our team's help, the setup — is usually complete within one to two working days.
2. Which attendance methods are supported?
People Orbit supports GPS and selfie-based check-in from the web and mobile app, on-duty and remote-work requests, and manual entries that an admin approves. Shifts, rosters and regularisation requests are managed in one place.
3. How does the leave approval workflow work?

Employees submit leave requests from the mobile app or web portal. The request is routed to the designated approver (manager or HR) based on your configured workflow.

On approval or rejection, the employee is notified instantly. Leave balances update automatically and attendance records reflect the approved leave.
4. Is my employee data secure?
Yes. People Orbit HRMS uses role-based access control so only authorised personnel can view sensitive data. Data is encrypted in transit, and sensitive employee fields are individually encrypted. Changes to key records are recorded in an audit log, and regular backups are performed automatically.
You retain full ownership of all HR records at all times.
